Fox Ridge Abstract

In April 2014, after many years of working as a licensed title agent in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, John P. Rodgers, Esquire formed Southeast Realty Transfer, LLC, the parent company of Fox Ridge Abstract. John was born and raised in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. He is a Pennsylvania licensed attorney for approximately 26 years. He is also admitted to practice law before the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

After graduating from the Dickinson School of Law and being licensed as an attorney, John began his real estate practice. John is passionate about real estate and has built a career around servicing clients in the real estate space. He has represented many large and small corporations with regard to their legal needs. Throughout his career he assisted clients with many complex real estate transactions. In addition, he has assisted many individuals with the purchase of their homes. He has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions in his career in nearly every county in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His service on bank boards has given him a unique perspective when it comes to real estate transactions.

John completed his undergraduate studies at the Pennsylvania State University, where his is still an active member of the alumni community. John is an avid sports fan and spends time as a coach for his children’s various sports teams. John and his family currently reside in Mountaintop, Pennsylvania.
