John P. Rodgers, Esquire

In April, 2014 after many years of working as a licensed title agent in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania John Rodgers formed Southeast Realty Transfer, LLC the parent company of Fox Ridge.  John was born and raised in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. He had been a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney for approximately 21 years. He also admitted to practice law before the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

After graduating from the Dickinson School of Law and being licensed as an attorney John began his real estate practice. John is passionate about real estate and has built a career around servicing clients in the real estate space. He has represented many large and small corporations with regard to their legal needs.  In addition, he has assisted many individuals with the purchase of their homes. He has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions in his career in nearly every county in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His service on bank boards has given him a unique perspective when it comes to real estate transactions.

John completed his undergraduate studies at the Pennsylvania State University, where he is still an active member of the alumni community.  John is an avid sports fan and spends time as a coach for his children’s various sports teams.  John and his family currently reside in Mountaintop, Pennsylvania.

Gerald C. Sechleer, Esquire

Gerald (Jay) C. Sechleer, Esquire is a native of Penn Lake, Pennsylvania. Jay completed his undergraduate studies at Lycoming College and received his law degree from the University of Akron. Jay has been practicing real estate law in Pennsylvania for over 27 years. Jay is an avid sports fan and enjoys coaching his children’svarious sports teams. Jay and his family reside in Penn Lake, Pennsylvania.

Linda Tyson

Linda Tyson is a native of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. She has over 25 years of real estate experience in all aspects of the closing process, working directly with our Founder, John P. Rodgers, Esquire, for her entire tenure. Linda is well versed in every aspect of the closing process. She has been the administrative coordinator, working as a point of contact for our clients during the closing process for over two decades. Linda and her family currently reside in Plains, Pennsylvania.

Lori Maslo

Lori Maslo is a native of Freeland, Pennsylvania. She has over 16 years of title insurance experience. She is passionate about helping people through the title process and aims to provide the best customer service to our clients. She has attended various colleges, including Penn State University, Scranton University, Luzerne County Community College, and New Horizons Computer Learning Center, where she has attained associate degrees and various certificates. She currently resides in Drums, Pennsylvania, with her family, including two Beagle dogs.
